1. We're an official Certification Body!
As a Certification Body for both Cyber Essentials and IASME Cyber Assured, our team are perfectly placed to support your charity in becoming certified. We can support you through the entire process regardless of where you are starting from.
We have been providing IT and Cyber Security solutions since 2009 and we've been helping our clients get Cyber Essentials Certified since the standard was introduced in 2014.
2. Working with Charities for over 10 years
Since we were formed in 2014, we always put a special focus on working with Charities.
We understand your sector better than most IT & Cyber Security providers so you're in the best hands when taking your organisation through Cyber Essentials Certification.
3. Monthly Cyber Advice
Upon completion of your Cyber Essentials Certification, your charity will receive a monthly email with the most up to date Cyber Security advice and any current threats you may need to be aware of - allowing you to stay one step ahead of cyber criminals.
You'll receive these emails once a month and sometimes more frequently.
4. Extensive Suite of Cyber Security Solutions for Charities
Not only can we take your Charity through Cyber Essentials but we also offer an extensive suite of Cyber Security services, from Microsoft 365 to Managed Detection & Response soltutions - all with special discounts for charities.
5. Guaranteed First Time Pass
Our expert team of certified assessors will meticulously review your application to ensure full compliance before submission.
We guarantee your charity will pass on the first attempt, and in the unlikely event it doesn't, we will reassess and resubmit at no additional cost.
6. Dedicated Assessor & Account Manager
Upon your very first contact with us, you will be assigned a Dedicated Assessor and Account Manager who will get to know your business and take you through the Cyber Essentials Certification from start to finish.
7. Completely Jargon-Free
We don't expect you to be experts in cyber security, just as you wouldn't expect us to know all the details of your charity's mission.
We ensure that everything we do and say is completely jargon-free, so you not only understand our actions but also find them genuinely helpful for your organisation moving forward.
8. Free Cyber Security Check for your Charity
We will assess your charity against Cyber Essentials, ensuring all necessary controls are in place. Additionally, we'll provide a comprehensive Free Cyber Security Review.
This review, conducted by our Managing Director and Cyber Assessor, includes a separate security questionnaire, a Dark Web report, and a password review.
At the end of the review, we will deliver a detailed report highlighting any vulnerabilities in your charity's setup.
9. Free Dark Web Report
As part of the Cyber Security Check, we will provide your charity with a detailed Dark Web Report on your domain.
This report will identify any breaches, password leaks, or data leaks on the Dark Web, and we will offer guidance on the next steps if any high-level alerts are found.
10. Access to our Education Centre
As part of all our packages, your charity will have access to our Education Centre, which is updated monthly with new guides and videos.
Educating your staff is a crucial element in protecting your organization against cyber threats. Our monthly content provides your team with tips and advice on what to watch for, helping to keep your charity secure.
11. Each Plan Tailored to you
Cyber security and Cyber Essentials look different for every charity and organisation.
We take the time to understand your charity, the reasons you're seeking certification, and how your IT security is currently set up to ensure you receive the best possible experience.
12. Same Day or Super Fast Certification
Depending on the package you choose and the level of involvement you need, we can guarantee a same-day pass or provide a precise, quick timeframe before you make any commitments.
13. Expert After Care
Once your charity is certified, our expert team will be available to assist with any needs and answer any questions you may have.
14. Unlimited Expert Cyber Advice
As long as your charity remains certified, with annual renewals, our team will be available to provide advice on any IT and cyber security questions you may have.
15. £25,000 Cyber Liability Insurance and assistance in applying
As part of your certification, your charity will qualify for £25,000 in Cyber Liability Insurance, which we will assist you in opting into once you are certified.
